mirokÜ’s sweets are made with organic cane sugar and agape syrup. And, wheat is made from certified organic Hokkaido wheat, German Bio ancient wheat, and Hokkaido local flour.
They do not use any food additives, chemical seasonings, or margarine or shortening containing trans-fatty acids. In addition, mirokÜ uses aluminum-free and calcium phosphate-free baking powder, making health and safety a top priority.
As food safety is becoming more and more of a concern in today’s society, at mirokÜ, you can find baked goods that are made with the finest ingredients.

All products are egg and dairy free, so people with egg and dairy allergies can eat them without being worried.
Some products are made with rice flour or oats instead of wheat.
(However, since wheat is handled in the manufacturing plant, contamination cannot be completely avoided. If you can tolerate a little wheat contamination, you can enjoy the products.)
No animal ingredients, honey, white sugar, or gelatin are used, so all of mirokÜ’s sweets are vegan.

I had a chai and a FLAP COOKIE at the eat-in corner. All menu items are available for takeout(to-go).
The chai is made with an original blend of spices and soy milk, and the addition of a little salt from Guerande enhanced the sweetness. It is real chai that warms you up from the inside out, and the taste is exquisite!

FLAP COOKIE is a delicious cookie with a hefty weight, crunchy texture, and lots of nutrition. The ingredients are organic oats, organic coconut, organic almonds, and organic carob.
Carob (locust bean) tastes similar to chocolate, but unlike cacao, it is caffeine free and rich in minerals such as iron.
