A short walk from the station exit will bring you to the huge park, Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.

There, you will find a vegetable restaurant that uses plenty of fragrant spices and herbs.

The concept behind the shop name is “creating the one you want to be.”
When you go down the stairs in the shop, you can see the chef cutting organic vegetables as well as Yamagata rice displayed on the counter.

In this restaurant, there are many vegan chefs who are particular about the ingredients, so all the staff are involved in the process of menu creating.

Among all, the “heavenly vegan pancake” that does not use eggs or dairy products is very popular.

The white cream served on the plate is fluffy fresh cream made from soybeans. Even a bit will make you feel happy.
Pancakes with veggie cheese (soybean ingredient) kneaded into the dough.
Agave syrup and blueberry jam complement the sweetness of the pancakes.
