After graduating from the management nutritionist training process at Kyoto Prefectural University, she engaged in product planning at food manufacturing company and food company.
She also contributed to the development of new “limited” products of pasta, sandwiches, and side dish bread to a certain convenience store.
In between job changes, she goes to school as a food coordinator, takes pictures of food coordinators and stylist teachers, and also experiences cooking class assistants.
After retiring from pregnancy, she studied health and body again. Now she is raising a 5-year-old twin boy (using natural remedies without relying on medicine as much as possible), while practicing child-rearing with high immunity by incorporating something close to the above.
She also presides over a cooking class for rice cooked at home (sometimes on a business trip) and mainly holds additive-free sprinkle furikake courses and fasting courses. She teaches how to eat and serve as well. In addition, she is currently helping people to prepare their body, as an osteopathic manipulative practitioner.
A Hidden gem in Imaizumi, Fkuoka city.
Walking along a street away from the busy part of Imaizumi, you will find Café Dining Naturalist located in a quiet area. It is in Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City.
They serve meals, drinks and desserts made from carefully selected ingredients as the restaurant name “Naturalist” suggests.
The recommended menu is a casual french cuisine which is supervised by the head chef at Grand Hyatt in Sydney, a five-star hotel&restaurant in Australia. You can enjoy the cuisine not just by its taste but also by its presentation.
The seating area is devided into 5 sections. You can use a private room or rooms reserved for private parties in acoordance with the needs.
Coming through the entrance, you will see the outdoor seating in the garden, which feels like you are in an oasis in the center of the city. There you can have a relaxing time lying back in a hammock, having fun on a wooden swing or chatting with your friends in a tent.
The inside the restaurant is also very comfortable. It is decorated with foliage plants and you can feel the warmth of the wood. Even though you are downtown, you can enjoy a leisurely meal and relax while you are there.
Enjoy lunch time with various dishes! It makes your body happy.
They prepare 6 kinds of one-plate lunches, so you can find something that suits you.
If you are vegan, you can order a salad plate with lentil stew instead of smoked ham.
I ordered a salad plate with lentil stew.
The stew, in which lentils were cooked with some vegetables, went very well with the fresh salad and a piece of bread and I enjoyed it very much.
Set menu is available as well. It is perfect when you want to treat yourself to somthing special.

Of course you can enjoy a la carte foods and alcohol.
They prepare kids meals. Enjoy this urban oasis with your kids!
For dessert, I recommend hand-made macadamia nut icecream which is made of additive-free and pesticide-free macadamia nuts from Vietnam.
You can purchase macadamia nuts at the restaurant if you want.

The owner Ginjiro has his own brand “HINODE”(sunrise) which operates coffee businesses.
You can try a cup of HINODE original coffee, such as Vietnamese finest spacialty and organic decaffeinated coffee using Mocha and Arabica.
You must like the HINODE original coffee which is well-balanced without bitterness or astringency.
Also, they display hand-made kitchen utensils made from wood in the restaurant as products from the owner’s brand “HINODE no Ki”(Tree of Sunrise).
Although the products are available for sale at the online shop, you can get a discount here.
Glamping and BBQ menu is available. You can forget the daily life with these exciting outdoor experience.
At dinner time, you can watch a projection mapping which is so romantic.
Not just delicious meals gentle on your body but there are various ways to enjoy Café Dining Naturalist.
