The gentle aroma of miso and koji, and the flavor of curry makes you hungry.
It was spicy yet not too hot and very delicious! This mild taste is a specialty of the restaurant.
Miso is added to the curry, so it goes well with rice. It is also nice that the rice is millet rice. It has vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber.
Hojicha (The roasted green tea) latte is recommended after meals.
* You can choose soy milk or milk Hojicha latte makes curry less spicy, and it also provides a good amount of protein which may not be enough when you have curry by itself.
It had a sophisticated taste with the aroma of roasted green tea and the soy milk.
