After graduating from the management nutritionist training process at Kyoto Prefectural University, she engaged in product planning at food manufacturing company and food company.
She also contributed to the development of new “limited” products of pasta, sandwiches, and side dish bread to a certain convenience store.
In between job changes, she goes to school as a food coordinator, takes pictures of food coordinators and stylist teachers, and also experiences cooking class assistants.
After retiring from pregnancy, she studied health and body again. Now she is raising a 5-year-old twin boy (using natural remedies without relying on medicine as much as possible), while practicing child-rearing with high immunity by incorporating something close to the above.
She also presides over a cooking class for rice cooked at home (sometimes on a business trip) and mainly holds additive-free sprinkle furikake courses and fasting courses. She teaches how to eat and serve as well. In addition, she is currently helping people to prepare their body, as an osteopathic manipulative practitioner.
The kitchen car produced by “Sangatsu-no-Hitsuji (March sheep)” who make organic balms
Ms.Erica, the owner of a shop used to work in hair and makeup in Tokyo.
She is also involved in an environmental restoration project called “Umineko-Yamaneko(Black-tailed Gull Wildcat)” that connects the sea and mountains of Itoshima.
Initially, she started with the manufacture and sale of “N ° 8 ∽hachi∽ organic balm,” an organic balm made from 100% organic and 100% naturally derived ingredients.
In addition, she develop and sell products with a lot of commitment, such as fragrance room spray and organic Itoshima sweet summer confiture.
She started a kitchen car business this summer, where you can enjoy rainbow-colored lemonade using organic superfoods.
Organic Food Stand Hachi’s kitchen car is open in a line of popular stores such as Current and Gohanya−Ohana-san, which are also popular stores in Shima, Itoshima.
The place is in the parking lot of Gohanya−Ohana-san, and the owner Erica welcomes you in a cute kitchen car.
You can see the beautiful seascape of Itoshima across the road in front of the kitchen car, so I recommend to move to the sea after purchase and drink lemonade while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
Lemonade made from carefully selected ingredients
The menu is only lemonade, but the commitment is surely the best in Japan.
You would not find any other lemonade, because it is selecting best ingredients.
For Lemon, which is the main ingredient of lemonade, she uses all organic marine lemons from Saiki, Oita Prefecture (brand lemons that have also acquired trademark registration).
When Erica went to visit the lemon field, she was very attracted to this lemon and decided to use it.
You can eat all the nutrients that lemons have by using a special blender except the lemon seeds. This includes the owner’s desire to reduce food loss as much as possible.
In addition, organic sugar and organic agave syrup are also mixed.
Initially, rice flour and honey were also used, but after repeated research the ingredients have been made as simple as possible and improved so that they can be eaten deliciously.
In addition, special ingredients are prepared for toppings. Himalayan pink salt, unheated honey from Itoshima, and black cumin seeds.
I was surprised at the combination of lemonade and such toppings.
However, the toppings make excellent alternation to the taste!
Rainbow-colored lemonade that makes you want to complete everything
The most distinctive feature of Organic Food Stand Hachi’s “SEA ?? SEE !! Lemonade” is that it uses 7 types of superfoods as well as its commitment to ingredients. By using 7 types of superfoods, they are able to make colorful and photogenic lemonade.
You could not find such kind of lemonade anywhere in Japan. You can enjoy not only the taste but also the appearance.
The taste lineup is as follows.
・ Beets (red)
・ Baobab (yellow)
・ Mulberry (yellowish green)
・ Moringa (green)
・ Spirulina (blue)
・ Makiberry (purple)
・ Butterfly pea (changed from blue to purple)
I had baobab this time, and the lemonade with a slight natural sweetness was so delicious that I finished a glass in no time.
And I definitely wanted to repeat and taste all 7 types. There are many repeaters who visit to taste all types.
The owner also has an environmental conservation project, so she is particular about containers and straws as well as the ingrediens.
The cup is a biodegradable bioplastic made from starch contained in plants such as corn, potatoes, and sugar cane, and the straw is a paper straw. She is aiming to make an earth-friendly shop through activities to remove plastics from the shops as much as possible.
When you visit Itoshima, I definitely want you to enjoy this delicious lemonade.
It seems that a new product, hot lemonade, will be unveiled in winter, so why not enjoy it as well?
