After graduating from Hiroshima Women’s University (now Hiroshima University), Kimiko Matsuoka became a registered dietitian.
While working as a nutritionist at a diabetes clinic, she became a health exercise instructor. Then, started working as a freelancer in 2008.
Currently, in addition to providing specific health guidance, she also teaches at companies, schools, and working as a writer.
She has interviewed more than 10,000 people so far, and is committed to proposing the best method for each individual, while dealing with various values and preferences about food.

The set meal also comes with miso soup, pickles, and main and sub dishes with 7 kinds of organic vegetables and mini dessert. (1200 yen included tax)
