Our company (DOYAKAI Co., Ltd.) is conscious of not just “someone,” but “everyone.”
Based on the idea that “products that food minorities can eat” = “products that people all over the world can eat,” we launched a project to develop products that can be eaten safely and with peace of mind, and have commercialized “Mitsuboshi Gelato” that everyone can enjoy.

What is Narine bacteria?
Narine bacteria is a probiotic lactic acid bacterium derived from babies that has been treasured as a national treasure in the Republic of Armenia, known as one of the three longest-living countries in the world.
It has a high affinity for humans and has been reported to survive in the intestines for around two weeks.
