Founded “VegeProject Japan(NPO)” when she was a student. From then, she introduced a veg-menu to the student cafeteria of Kyoto University.
She is currently working with universities, companies, restaurants and municipalities to expand vegan and vegetarian options.

Shiboriya 935 is a vegetable and fruit juice & salad specialty store located a 3-minute walk from Hongo Sanchome Station, also near to the University of Tokyo.
It is also introduced on the Tokyo Vegemap with photos.

It is widely supported by all ages, children to adults, because of the various purposes, such as physical constitution improvement, health maintenance, diet, beauty, and elimination of vegetable deficiency.

The squeeze juice shop, Shiboriya 935 has a very rich number of menu; juices and salads, as well as sandwiches made from fresh ingredients and sweets such as gluten-free vegan cakes. There is also a seasonal menu, using seasonal ingredients.

In addition, not only vegetables and fruits but also basic water is special. They use water called grain-free water for washing/cooking. This water can wash away pesticides and additives away from the ingredients.

Moreover, every staff member in the shop is very friendly.
The bright atmosphere in the store is one of the attracting points of the store.

There is free detox water in the store. It is made by dipping vegetable and fruit peels used in juices and salads in plain water.
It’s refreshing, and this alone is very delicious! The idea of ​​using ingredients in every corner to avoid food waste is also wonderful.

No artificial juice or milk is used in the juice of the Shiboriya 935, because they value the original taste, nutrients, and deliciousness of the vegetables and fruits.

In addition, except for some menus, they do not store juices. They are strongly particular about providing freshly made items.

In Shiboriya 935, there are three main types of vegetable juice.

“Green smoothie”
Juice that blends green leafy vegetables and fruits on a mixer.
You can take in the whole nutrition of vegetables and fruits. It is suitable as a health care diet, a diet food, and a meal replacement when you have no appetite.

“Original blended juice”
A special juice from the Shiboriya 935 originally blended with many vegetables and fruits based on squeezed apples and carrots.

“Cold Press Juice”
A juice made from slowly squeezed vegetables and fruits with a slow-rotating juicer, without applying any heat.
It is smooth and easy to drink, and you can quickly absorb nutrients into your body.

In addition to the three basic juices, there are fruit juice, banana juice, amazake, and seasonal menus. Frozen juice is the limited menu at this time (June~).

Shiboriya 935 has a wide variety of food menus as well; such as salads, sandwiches, and vegetable-rich soups.

A nutritious and satisfying salad with nuts and kiwi, and of course, their original dressing.
You can choose from two kinds of dressings: sweet Komatsuna dressing and sour carrot dressing.

In fact, the sweets are also very delicious and made without using any animal ingredients.
