The breadth of ingredients has been widened. Various ingrediants are been sold in various places, and it has become quite familiar.
But over time, ideology to “realize what we can do to make everyone smile with food” has not changed.

T’s Restaurant was opened in 2009 in a convenient location just a 4-minute walk from the popular Jiyugaoka Station. We celebrated its 10th anniversary last year. It’s not just a Vegan restaurant to fill your stomach. We want you to have a pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable meal and deliver something positive through eating experience. It is a restaurant that sends out the idea of “smile veg.”
All dishes are consentrated to make full use of the original taste of vegetables and soy.
It doesnt use any meat substance however, the extraction of “”UMAMI”” illusions that it is using consomme or other seasonings.
At special events, such as Christmas and Valentine, people want to enjoy cakes and hors d’oeuvres. But if you have eggs and milk allergies, many families will suffer from chosing party menus, because such special dishes often requires using such ingredients.
