After graduating from the management nutritionist training process at Kyoto Prefectural University, she engaged in product planning at food manufacturing company and food company.
She also contributed to the development of new “limited” products of pasta, sandwiches, and side dish bread to a certain convenience store.
In between job changes, she goes to school as a food coordinator, takes pictures of food coordinators and stylist teachers, and also experiences cooking class assistants.
After retiring from pregnancy, she studied health and body again. Now she is raising a 5-year-old twin boy (using natural remedies without relying on medicine as much as possible), while practicing child-rearing with high immunity by incorporating something close to the above.
She also presides over a cooking class for rice cooked at home (sometimes on a business trip) and mainly holds additive-free sprinkle furikake courses and fasting courses. She teaches how to eat and serve as well. In addition, she is currently helping people to prepare their body, as an osteopathic manipulative practitioner.
A hidden Chinese restaurant that is rarely advertised.
CHINNING BOOTH is a little hidden Chinese restaurant located off the main street in Minato, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, where you have to know the actual place to find this restaurant.
The owner-chef started the restaurant six years ago after diligently training with the goal of opening his own restaurant by the age of 30. Like its appearance, CHINNING BOOTH is a Chinese restaurant that looks like a cafe, which is a little different from a typical Chinese restaurant.
When you think of Chinese restaurants in general, you probably imagine of dishes that use a lot of oil and taste thick and rich.
I am sure many people have the experience of having your stomach upset after eating Chinese food.
If you eat Chinese food at CHINNING BOOTH, your impression to Chinese food will surely be overturned.
Each dish is carefully prepared based on the chef’s concept of “satisfying health-conscious customers who value each and every meal.”
The first feature of the restaurant is that it uses an abundance of pesticide-free vegetables grown by the chef’s parents in Oita Prefecture. So you can enjoy Chinese food that is not only colorful and pleasing to the eye, but also comforting to the palate and body.
As ingredients, vegetables directly sent from the owner’s parents are used, so you can enjoy eating seasonal foods when they are in their best season, which is also a great point.
It is a new type of Chinese restaurant where everyone can feel free to go as if it were a café.
Chinese food with plenty of pesticide-free vegetables that won’t upset your stomach.
One of the features of CHINNING BOOTH is that they use a lot of colorful vegetables in each of their dishes.
The vegetables are grown by the chef’s parents in Nakatsu City, Oita Prefecture, without using pesticides.
The first time I tried it, I was surprised by the number of vegetables used in each dish.
Basically, they use pesticide-free vegetables. Also, because they are shipped directly from the farmers, the shop is able to use plenty of seasonal vegetables and make the taste of the vegetables fresh and delicious.
Because the taste of vegetables is strong, even though it is Chinese food, the seasoning does not need to be too strong.
Some of the vegetables grown with such care and attention can be purchased inside the store.
You can also purchase a gift box of pesticide-free vegetables by making a reservation at least one day in advance.
They are packed full of seasonal vegetables harvested from the fields and are quite affordable, so if you are interested, please ask the staff for more information.
Lunch menu is also recommended.
CHINNING BOOTH also offers a variety of lunch menus.
Even though most of the menu items are made with pesticide-free vegetables, you can enjoy them for only 1000 yen, which is not a very expensive price.
The lunch menu includes rice, noodles, and a variety of classic Chinese dishes.
(Rice is available as millet rice.)
In addition to the main course, there is also a pesticide-free salad and two or three small vegetable dishes as well as Chinese soup.
It is highly recommended for those who want to eat plenty of vegetables.
The day when I tried lunch, they served sweet pickles of various vegetables, green beans with sesame paste, and boiled peanuts.
All of them were delicious and I was able to taste the UMAMI of the ingredients themselves.
For the main course, I had crispy fried young chicken with umami spicy mala seasoning sauce.
The fried chicken with the homemade sweet and spicy Mala seasoning sauce was a perfect match with rice and a delicious dish.
The chukadon (Chinese rice bowl) was also very filling with a variety of ingredients including seafood and vegetables.
This year, CHINNING BOOTH will be selling a two-tiered Chinese Osechi (New Year’s Day) dish made without additives, though it will be limited to those who can come to the store to pick it up.
All homemade take-out menus are available only at night.
