After graduating from the management nutritionist training process at Kyoto Prefectural University, she engaged in product planning at food manufacturing company and food company.
She also contributed to the development of new “limited” products of pasta, sandwiches, and side dish bread to a certain convenience store.
In between job changes, she goes to school as a food coordinator, takes pictures of food coordinators and stylist teachers, and also experiences cooking class assistants.
After retiring from pregnancy, she studied health and body again. Now she is raising a 5-year-old twin boy (using natural remedies without relying on medicine as much as possible), while practicing child-rearing with high immunity by incorporating something close to the above.
She also presides over a cooking class for rice cooked at home (sometimes on a business trip) and mainly holds additive-free sprinkle furikake courses and fasting courses. She teaches how to eat and serve as well. In addition, she is currently helping people to prepare their body, as an osteopathic manipulative practitioner.
What kind of place is the organic specialty store “Oyasaiya-Sai”
Although it is located in Fukuoka City, it is a bit difficult to get to without a car, but it is a must-visit restaurant called “Oyasaiya-Sai.”
With the idea of connecting seeds together with farmers in Kyushu region and Okinawa prefecture, the store offers delicious naturally grown vegetables and fruits. It is also an organic specialty store that sells sustainable products such as seasonings and household goods.
The food made from their special products is very tasty, and they also offer vegan options, so it is a great place for vegan lovers to visit.
Oyasaiya-Sai is run by the passion of the owner, Eguchi-san.
Eguchi-san himself did not originally live a food-conscious life, but when his family became ill, he started to rethink about diet. At that time, it was hard to find products that he wanted, so he started collecting his own specialties, which led to the start of Oyasaiya-Sai.
Inside the store, you will find basically every ingredients that was used in the meal, so you can take home with you what you like.
A lunch box with plenty of seasonal vegetables.
Although it is currently only available for pre-order, what I would like you to try is the bento made with pesticide-free vegetables and additive-free seasonings from Oyasaiya-Sai.
These bentos are made with plenty of vegetables and are sure to please your body and soul.
Even if you are busy and do not have time to prepare a meal, you will feel as if you are eating a home-made meal.
The vegetables are very tasty, partly because the restaurant uses a lot of seasonal vegetables purchased directly from farmers. The dishes themselves are often simple due to the use of additive-free seasonings, but the menu is sure to soothe your tired body.
They use naturally grown rice and pesticide-free vegetables from Kyushu, as well as carefully selected meats. You can also enjoy a variety of other dishes such as bento boxes, salads, deli, rice bowls, vegan curry, and pasta using Oyasaiya-Sai’s original raw koji-based seasonings and additive-free seasonings.
Currently, they do not have bentos prepared at the store all the time, but by making a reservation in advance, you can enjoy the delicious bentos from Oyasaiya-Sai, so I highly recommend that you try them at least once, even if you have to make a pre-order.
It seems that they are available for eating-in on random days, so I recommend inquiring in advance when visiting. They also accept orders for lunchboxes with a minimum of six pieces, two days pre-order in advance, so please ask about this as well.
There is also an eat-in space (although they can only seat about two people at the moment to ensure social distance), so you can enjoy your bento just after you purchase it.
Delicious and safe hors d’oeuvres that are perfect for gatherings.
In addition to regular bento boxes, one of the things that we would like you to try is the hors d’oeuvres from Oyasaiya-Sai.
Bento boxes are delicious, but hors d’oeuvres that are carefully prepared with the same attention to ingredients are also recommended for a dinner table surrounded by a large group of people.
Hors d’oeuvres made with carefully selected ingredients are not only colorful and pleasing to the eye, but also taste delicious, so it is a good idea to use them for events.
And to our delight, the hors d’oeuvres at Oyasaiya-Sai can be made vegan (for an additional fee).
I think there are only a few places that sell hors d’oeuvres that are vegan, so it is definitely worth knowing about.
It is a vegan-friendly restaurant, so people with dairy or egg allergies can eat without worry. Many people may be worried about eating when they go out if they have allergies, but at Oyasaiya-Sai, you can ask for food that is compatible with your allergies, so it is a great place for such people.
Hors d’oeuvres are always available, so please inquire at least three days in advance.
– Bento boxes available from 980yen~(A minimum of 6 pieces is required 2 days prior to order)
– Hors d’oeuvres are available at any time, please order at least 3 days in advance.
