After graduating from the management nutritionist training process at Kyoto Prefectural University, she engaged in product planning at food manufacturing company and food company.
She also contributed to the development of new “limited” products of pasta, sandwiches, and side dish bread to a certain convenience store.
In between job changes, she goes to school as a food coordinator, takes pictures of food coordinators and stylist teachers, and also experiences cooking class assistants.
After retiring from pregnancy, she studied health and body again. Now she is raising a 5-year-old twin boy (using natural remedies without relying on medicine as much as possible), while practicing child-rearing with high immunity by incorporating something close to the above.
She also presides over a cooking class for rice cooked at home (sometimes on a business trip) and mainly holds additive-free sprinkle furikake courses and fasting courses. She teaches how to eat and serve as well. In addition, she is currently helping people to prepare their body, as an osteopathic manipulative practitioner.
Place where you can enjoy food made by a therapist, a professional of body and nutrition
The shop is located on the way from the center of Tenjin to Yakuin. It has only 14seats, but the place is quite special.
This is a place there you can enjoy body-friendly meals, sweets, and drinks made with carefully selected ingredients and completely additive-free products. Such meals are made and supervised by “Genius Chef” and “Vegetable Sommelier.”
The interior of the store is simple. You can use it on many occasions, such as dates or casual meetings.
It is open from 8:00 am, so you can enjoy breakfast before going to your jobs.
Another fact that makes this place special is two chefs in this store are active therapists.
As a therapist, while helping people with body care, they faced difficulties. With external care alone, they could not treat all patients. Then, they encountered fasting as a tool to improve poor physical condition. Through fasting, they found that people need to change through both their heart and body.
At first, they used to convey the importance of eating habits, through fasting at their salon. But then, they found that fasting is difficult for people living in the Japanese culture. Therefore, the Re:Cell Kitchen was born to lower the hurdle.
Initially, they were trying to encourage fasting, but since fasting is just one tool for improving the body condition, they started to provide safe, secure, and delicious body-friendly meals. They believe that people can be reborn at the Cellular level through eating a body-friendly meal every day.
A delicious menu that brings full joyful to the bodies
All the menus offered at Re:Cell Kitchen are made with particular ingredients and recipes. Therefore, no matter what you eat, you will be satisfied.
Among them, I would like to introduce the signboard menu “Re: Cell Gozen” that you can enjoy with your eyes and tongue.
This menu was completed under the supervision of young genius chef “Hiroki Takeshima” in order to reproduce “dishes that can be reborn at the cellular level” with an awareness of “MAGOWAYASASHII” ingredients.
You can enjoy one soup and six dishes for this menu.
Starting from grilled mackerel with a special grated sauce, miso soup with plenty of ingredients, 3 kinds of garnish using delicious vegetables, homemade pickles, and organic vegetable salad.
As much as possible, organic, pesticide-free, and seasonal vegetables are used, and they cook using additive-free and chemical-free seasonings, so it is a place where you can enjoy home-cooked healthy meals.
And, depending on the season, if the timing is right, it is possible to change the vegetables in the mini salad to vegetables from natural farming for +150 yen (excluding tax). The original vegetables are delicious, but in natural farming vegetables, you can feel the original sweetness and umami of the vegetables.
And another menu I would like you to eat is “organic vegetable vegan curry.”
This menu was completed under the supervision of Mr. Yurika Kubo, a valuable senior professional vegetable sommelier in Kyushu.
It is cooked without any animal ingredients, so vegans are safe to eat.
This menu, which uses plenty of vegetables in anhydrous cooking, is full of the umami of vegetables. It has a satisfying taste that you can imagine that it is animal-free.
Also, because it is gluten-free, even people with wheat allergies can eat it with confidence.
Additional toppings include organic hemp seed nuts, soy meat, and assorted seasonal vegetables.
By the way, on this day, I had a topping of hemp seed nuts and vegetables.
I enjoyed the bubble wrap texture of hemp seeds, and each of the topping vegetables was very delicious.
It is also a nice point that you can choose from two rice choices; either germinated brown rice with pesticide-free azuki beans or polished rice with ancient rice by natural farming.
We also recommend sweets and drinks that you can enjoy without feeling guilty
Of course they are particular about their meals, but we must not forget that they are also particular about sweets and drinks as well.
All menus can be eaten without feeling guilty and are all very delicious.
It is a lineup that I personally want everyone to complete.
By the way, this time I had a half acai bowl after the curry.
The cool and crispy texture calms the spicy mouth, and you can enjoy another texture with muesli and dried fruits.
Despite being half size, I was able to get a solid sense of satisfaction.
In addition, they have guilt-free sweets such as raw sweets supervised by Raw Food Meister and pesticide-free brown rice cakes naturally cultivated with perilla-kinako.
In addition, the smoothie and cold pressed juice that are made on the spot after receiving an order (also supervised by a vegetable sommelier) are one of the menus that you should definitely try.
