Now, such genre is well-known by the word “Vegan,” and the idea has spread to many people.
The breadth of ingredients has been widened. Various ingrediants are been sold in various places, and it has become quite familiar.
But over time, ideology to “realize what we can do to make everyone smile with food” has not changed.
And, “What you ate is making your own body!” Rather than telling this with knowledge, we want each person actually feel and experience this.

The popular menu “T’s Tantan” of the T’s restaurant right next to Jiyugaoka Station has become a hot topic, and a new store opened in Ueno in December 2017.
“T’s Tantan” offers rich and tasty TanTan noodles without using any meat, seafood, eggs, or dairy products.
You can enjoy vegan Tantan noodles made only of vegetable materials that are popular with overseas customers at the premises of Ueno Station, which is convenient for transfer.
In January 2020, the band QUEEN’s guitarist Bryant May, visited the Ueno store and ordered a soy sauce noodle and panda ice. It has been introduced on Instagram and has become a hot topic.
The “T’s Tantan Ecute Ueno Store” has 28 seats plus some counter seats.
The recommended menufrom the store is; is black sesame tantan, gold sesame tantan and white sesame tantan. There is also veg Ramen (soy sauce and tonkotsu style).
Of course, not only noodles but also side menus such as komatsuna boiled dumplings, soy meat dumplings and soy meat fried-chicken with sweet vinegar.
