The shop representative Sato san decided to create guilt-free sweets that are so healthy for both body and mind to accomodate the needs of lots of women who have a sweet tooth and can’t cut back on them, but care about beauty.

She used to work at Sincere garden cafe in the trendy Omotesando area inTokyo, being in charge of the sweet menu for 3.5 years. Sincere garden is a very popular shop that provides service for holistic lifestyle through organic cosmetics from overseas, spa, and clean food, and recognized as a pioneer in the market. Twins bake is a very stylish shop created with the experience she had at Sincere garden and her sophisticated sense. I saw lots of young women stopping by, as well as older customers who picked up things for their daughters. Of course, These beautiful products are not only for women to enjoy, lots of health conscious male athletes come here regularly.

Vegan sweets made by a patissier who won an award at ASIA VEGETARIAN AWARDS 2020

Sato san was once nominated for the best 100 contributors as a pioneer in the vegan/vegetarian market and won the award in Asia, at ※Asia Vegetarian Awards 2020.

※Asia Vegetarian Awards is the biggest vegetarian festival in Asia with a theme of “global development of vegetarianism”. Although the words “vegan and vegetarian” are now widely recognized, the lifestyle with vegan/vegetarian concepts hasn’t been deeply established and it still seems like for a small population in Japan. Twins bake has some sweets made with homemade soy almond milk and homemade vegan chocolate on the menu. Homemade sweets are additive-free, which enables them to pursue the quality with “original taste of Twins bake”. 【Rich matcha cheese cake (wheat-free)】
This is a two-layered cheese cake with rich matcha. This 100 % plant-based cheese is made of non-cholesterol and gluten-free vegan soy cheese and tofu with creamy cashew nut paste for rich flavour.

　　　　　　　　　
【Soy Chai tarte tatin (wheat-free)】
This is a seasonal item with “Kogyoku” apples available in autumn and winter only. This beautiful tart tatin has a base made with the original chai blend of 4 different spices and a sponge made with low-carb okara powder.

　　　　　　
【Cake salé with spinach, tomatoes and cappers】
